Goingoffers.com is a travel agent that has the following terms and conditions. Customers are advised to carefully read and understand its terms and conditions stated before making any booking or purchase on goingoffers.com web site. These terms and conditions apply to all customers using goingoffer.com services.

You and the accommodation provider

Goingoffers.com act as the booking gent on behalf of the hotels featured on our web site. This is a contract between you and the accommodation provider. Goingoffers.com is not the party to the agreement between you and the accommodation provider and has no responsibility or liability to you in respect of the terms of that contract whether directly or indirectly.

We strongly recommends that you ensure that the accommodation provider’s term and conditions of trade are your satisfaction, as goingoffers does not in anyway warranty their contents. The accommodation provider’s contents will apply to you once your transaction has been processed and completed with goingoffers.com.

Goingoffers is not in anyway liable in respect of any damage or loss of whatsoever nature suffered by you arising from or in any way connected with the use of this web site.

Your Booking

Your booking would be confirmed instantly made via Internet or phone. Confirmation e-mail would be sent to the e-mail address that you have supplied during the booking process and the Pre-Paid Accommodation Voucher would follow soon after receiving your full payment.

You are responsible to print both booking confirmation and the Pre-Paid Accommodation Voucher since this is your proof that your reservation is confirmed and pre-paid. This will not only speed-up your check-in process but to avoid any unnecessary delays. Goingoffers shall not be held responsible for any mistakes due to the inaccurate booking information supplied. Any amendment or cancellation later to the booking will incur amendment and cancellation charges.

Some of the hotels’ bookings may just need you to pay a small amount of deposit to confirm your booking and the balance of your booking will be required to be paid on arrival to the hotel. Bookings summary will clearly let you know, if you need to pay deposit or full amount for a particular booking. Your booking confirmation would also let you know the amount charged on your credit card and the balance you need to pay to the hotel. Paid deposit is not refundable after your booking is being confirmed even if you cancel your booking well in-advance.

Once the booking is made, it is the accommodation providers’ responsibility to provide you with what you have booked. Accommodation providers are responsible to feature all their recent facilities, pictures, and information on our web site. We are checking with all accommodation providers’ facilities and up to date information randomly and working day and night to provide you with the best services ever you have received.

Inclusive meals would be clearly stated on your booking confirmation if there are any included.

Goingoffers.com highly recommends sufficient travel insurance for your reservation.

Taxes/VAT

All taxes and VAT are included unless otherwise stated. Please note that VAT is not reclaimable by the VAT registered customers.

Payment

PayPal would handle your booking payment and it is possible that PayPal name would appear on your credit card statement. Goingoffers.com have the rights to cancel any suspected or fraudulence transactions.

Rates on our web-site are quoted in the currency you choose on our web site. Available currencies are British Pounds (£), Euros, US Dollars, and Canadian Dollars. Goingoffers.com reserve the rights to change the rates at anytime before you make a booking.

Special Requests

Please advice us if you have any special requests during the booking process. We will pass your special requests to the accommodation providers for consideration. However it is not guaranteed that the accommodation providers will fulfil you request.

Booking Amendment and Cancellations

All customers are requested that they have got to do all their final travel arrangements before making their reservation. Goingoffers.com are there to help all their customers for any amendments or cancellations possibilities. Booking modifications may be possible subject to accommodation providers’ availabilities. These changes will incur the following charges.

For modification made 10 days prior to arrival are subject to £15.00 charges per booking.

Booking cancellation made 40 days prior to arrival are subject to 25% charges of total amount of the booking.
Booking cancellation made 30 – 40 days prior to arrival are subject to 35% charges of total amount of the booking.
Booking cancellation made 20 – 30 days prior to arrival are subject to 50% charges of total amount of the booking.
Booking cancellation made 14 – 20 days prior to arrival are subject to 75% charges of total amount of the booking.
Booking cancellation made less then 14 days prior to arrival are subject to 100% charges of total amount of the booking.

Your no-arrival will result in the cancellation of your entire booking and will incur charges similar to cancelled bookings.

Terms and Conditions Modification

Goingoffers.com reserve the rights to change the terms, conditions and notices under which this web site is offered as well as the contents of this web site. The rights shall not affect the existing terms and conditions accepted by you upon making a valid booking or purchase using this web site.

Goingoffers.com Website Usage

Goingoffers.com makes all the effort to make sure that all the prices on our website are accurate. If in case any error occur on the total amount of the booking we will contact you ASAP and to offer you the option of reconfirming your booking at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the booking as cancelled. If you choose to cancel the booking due to the error, we will cancel the booking and refund you the full payment on the credit card you have supplied.

Indemnity

You are responsible for any damage to the hotel accommodation provider in which you make a booking using www.goingoffers.com, cased by you or a member of your party. In the event of an act of misconduct, prior to the end of your stay, you shall reimburse the hotel / accommodation provider for any such damage caused, before you end your stay.

The hotel accommodation provider reserve the right to terminate your holiday and or that of any member of your party based on any act of misconduct by you or any member of your party. In such event full cancellation charges will apply and no refund will be made. Moreover, the hotel accommodation owner shall be under no obligation to pay compensation or meet any costs or expenses, you or any member of your party may incur as a result of the reservation being terminated.

Furthermore you agree to indemnify us against any claims (including legal costs) made against us or on behalf of the owner or any such hotel accommodation.
